We leave the harbour in the dark and are fishing the Point as the sun comes up. Yellowtail move fast and so do we: if a mark goes quiet we run, we do not sit.
What to expect
Spinning with lures early, live bait once the bait fish show, and a stop on the sand banks for kob on the way home if conditions allow. Most days everyone catches. Some days the sea says no, and we will tell you honestly the night before.
